Thatcher's Chapter in Handbook - Le Donne

I've got a deadline tomorrow for an essay and I committed the unforgivable sin of citing an essay months ago without imputing the complete bibliographic details. As I no longer have the pdf in question, and the volume in which this chapter is found is worth more than my car, I will thank you mightily for the full page numbers:
Tom Thatcher, “Riddles, Wit, and Wisdom” in The Handbook for the Study of the Historical Jesus, Vol. 3; (ed.) Tom Holmén and Stanley Porter. Leiden: Brill. 2011), pp. ##
Just in case you're wondering, I've talked to Tom and he doesn't know himself. Indeed, the complete set of this "handbook" is too expensive for most libraries.  And if you happen to know the answer, do please tell us how you came by this information!

  2. On Google Books, the essay's first page looks to be here (http://bit.ly/XJHGMY, no. 3349), and the last page seems to be just after this one (bit.ly/UHhRw1, so no. 3372).
