Quarterly Quote of the Month about Jesus for this Week

The dripping blood our only drink,
The bloody flesh our only food:
In spite of which we like to think
That we are sound, substantial flesh and blood--
Again, in spite of that, we call this Friday good.

~T.S. Eliot

  1. What if Jesus meant by eat this bread, drink this cup, he simply meant, "Hey, after I'm gone and you're all hanging out again. Think of me over the garlic bread and vino?"

Maybe the Quakers have it right?
