"Bible Secrets Revealed" on History Channel--Chris Keith

The History Channel has a sneak peek video of an upcoming documentary series called "Bible Secrets Revealed" here.  The preview features Bart Ehrman, Candida Moss, Francesca Stavrakopoulou, and the voice of Reza Aslan.  Yours truly was interviewed for it as well, on a ridiculously hot day here in London.  Over at XKV8R, Bob Cargill provides a fuller list of the contributors and it's clear that they've included people from all over the spectrum of Biblical Studies:

  1. By 'secrets' do they mean stuff that is in the bible for anyone to read, but most are just unaware of it? or are they talking about manuscript transmission, textual reconstruction, etc.?

    1. Mark, I can't speak for the producers, but I think it's the former.

  2. About time those secrets were revealed! What did it take? A FOIA request?

  3. Also, it appears that universities are over-represented on this list. Why only one police department? Was no one available from Interpol, or the Mission Impossible team?
