Cameron today seems more defined than when he first assumed office- and found himself titular head of the Church of England or Anglicanism.
In America we sometimes forget or deny the intimate historical connections and interdependencies between church and state; our human lords, and The Lord.
Apparently even Cameron, early on, made a modest statement noting the strangeness of his new status. But it seems that soon enough, advisors and speechwriters have developed a position - or a Jesus? - for him.
