I'm not a Woody fan, but that quote is brilliant in it's truth and simplicity.
Woody Allen is the John Stockton of film-making. He's the best at what he does... but what he does is enjoyed only by aficionados.
Look, man, I can tolerate a lot. But using this blog to compare Woody Allen to John Stockton is simply too much. We're sorry, John Stockton.
You're sort of like the Danny Ferry of NT Studies.-anthony
You're sort of like the Kiki Vandeweghe of NT studies.
You're a poor man's Kirk Cameron.
This is sort of like an audition for the role of the Rasheed Wallace of NT studies. So far, I'd give the role to Chris, because Kirk Cameron is the poor man's version of himself. Come to think of it ... I'd happily put aside whatever I'm doing to read the collective works of the Rasheed Wallace of NT studies. Ball don't lie.
And on the flip side, a lot of good is being done in HIs name as well.
